Not all of Sachajuan’s products are vegan but they have some vegan options.

It doesn’t appear that Sachajuan’s products contain mica, but I’m waiting to receive confirmation from the brand.
Sachajuan products come in plastic packaging. I couldn’t find anything stating they’re working on reducing their use of virgin plastic in their product packaging.
