Raspberry – Hype Nail Polish Review – Cruelty-Free & Vegan

This post may contain affiliate links.

For this week’s Vegan Mani Monday, I’ll be reviewing and swatching the other nail polish color that came in Hype Nail’s Perfect Nails set.

The 4-piece nail polish set by Hype Nail Polish included a base coat, a growth booster, and two vegan and non-toxic nail polish colors; Raspberry and Mint. I’ll be reviewing Raspberry in this post.

Perfect Nails Set by Hype Nail Polish

Hype Nail Polish uniquely patented formula is made from up to 85% plant-based ingredients, without compromising performance. Derived from potatoes and corn, this nail polish is not only naturally colorful, it is also long lasting, quick drying and has an outstanding gloss. Hype Nail Polish is free of toxic chemicals: Toluene, Dibutyl Phthalate, Formaldehyde, Tosylamide and Camphor.

Hype Nail Polish

Raspberry – Hype Nail Polish

Color: Raspberry by Hype is a juicy and bright pink raspberry color with a creme finish.

Price: $7.99 on hypenail.com

Formula: Good formula and consistency. Appeared to be watery in the bottle but applies evenly and opaque in one coat. I have on two coats for a bolder color. Non-streaky. High-gloss finish.

Comments: What really makes Hype Nail Polish unique is their big brush. I’ve raved about their nail polish brush applicator before and it’s such a game-changer that I have to bring it up again. It makes such a big difference when you can apply your nail polish with just one even stroke, and in combination with Hype Nail Polish formula, you can achieve a streak-free finish.

Hype Nail Polish formula is 100% vegan, made of 85% vegetable origin and 5-free.

Ingredients: Butyl Acetate, Ethyl Acetate, Nitro, Isosorbide Dicaprylate / Caprate, Adipic Acid / Neopentyl Glycol / Trimellitic Anhydride Copolymer, Alcohol, Stearalkonium Bentonite, Styrene / Acrylates Copolymer, Silica, Benzophenone-1, Diacetone Alcohol, Trimethylpentanediyl Dibenzoate, Phosphoric Acid, Alumina

Where to buy? on hypnail.com or on Amazon.

PR or Purchased? In full disclosure, Hype Nail Polish sent me their nail polish to try. I was not required to write a positive review nor was I compensated in any other way. All opinions expressed are always 100% my own

I just saw Hype on the Grommet today. Looks interesting but only the names of polish are listed. No mention of type of finish or description of colors and many look very similar. Good choice of colors, price is okay but adding finishes and descriptions might be helpful to Grommet buyers to prevent disappointing reviews. I’m going to check out website. Thanks for the review.
