ncLA Hello Kitty Nail Wraps (Cruelty-Free & Vegan)

Thanks to ncLA, I recently rediscovered the joy of nail wraps!! I used to buy the Sally Hansen nail strips but since going cruelty-free and vegan, I stopped buying them as they test on animals. So I was ecstatic when ncLA sent me a bunch of their cruelty-free and vegan nail wraps to try!

The have a bunch of designs to choose from but I was most interested in their Hello Kitty nail wraps!

ncLA Hello Kitty Nail Wraps

The pack comes with 26 nail wraps, all ranging in different nail sizes and it also comes with the cutest Hello Kitty nail file! The Hello Kitty & Friends set features the fabulous Hello Kitty, Keroppi, Badtz-maru, Purin, Chococat, My Melody, and Tuxedo Sam.

Sadly, the pack didn’t include my favorite Sanrio character, Pochacco! =( Who is your fave character??

Application of ncLA nail wraps

Nail wraps are so much fun! I mean, who doesn’t enjoy putting stickers onto their nails?!

The instructions are easy: (1) Clean nails with remover (2) Apply a coat of clear nail polish (3) Choose correct size for each nail (4) Peel wrap and apply onto nail (4) Use nail file to remove the excess (5) Apply another coat of clear nail polish (6) Admire your instant nail art work!

Review of ncLA Hello Kitty Nail Wraps

It goes without saying that I LOVE the nail wrap designs of each Sanrio character! They’re all super cute!!

They applied easily and nicely where it was really easy to smooth out any air bubbles and edges. It does take a bit of practice to know how to file the excess off without leaving a raw edge.

I did have a hard time peeling some of the nail wraps off the paper, causing me to rip them off with the paper attached underneath.

Also, I may be the exception since I have extremely tiny nails, but most of the nail sizes didn’t work for me. For example, the smallest size of nail wrap could actually be used on my middle finger! So I struggled a bit with trying to find sizes that would fit my tiny nails. I ended up having to cut the one for my pinky to fit.

Overall, I think my nails look ADORABLE! I’ve always been an admirer of nail art but I don’t have the steady hands or patience to do my own so this is such a fab option for peeps like me!

I would definitely recommend ncLA’s cruelty-free and vegan nail wraps! They’re so much fun!

Have you tried nail wraps before?

I love My Melody, Twin Stars, Hello Kitty, Keroppi and Ahiru No Pekkle (duck) but he’s been discontinued. At one point in the late ’90’s Keroppi was difficult to find.
