DID YA HEAR? LUSH recently announced it will be removing eggs from all its beauty products! πŸ₯šπŸš«
.
"All of our products will now officially be egg-free. But never fear, your fave Lush goodies will be as effective as ever thanks to some egg-citing ingredient replacements."
.
LUSH is cruelty-free with mostly vegan products, but some of their beauty products still contain some animal by-products like lanolin, honey, and/or milk. Hopefully, they're working on becoming a 100% vegan brand in the near future! πŸ™πŸ»πŸ€žπŸ»

NOTE Vegan Lipsticks & Lip Goss Review

If you’re looking for quality vegan makeup that won’t break the bank, then let me introduce you to Note Cosmetics! You can find Note Cosmetics at Ulta and on Amazon (US).

All of Note Cosmetics are not tested on animals and do not contain any animal-derived ingredients, making them 100% vegan and cruelty-free!

Note Cosmetics is also certified cruelty-free by PETA’s Beauty Without Bunnies Program.

The brand has a full range of vegan makeup for face, lips, and eyes starting as low as $7.99!

They recently sent me a bunch of their vegan makeup products to try and since their makeup is super affordable and accessible, I thought some of you may be interested in seeing some swatches and hearing what I thought about some of them!

I’ll be breaking down my review into 3 parts: Lip products, Face products, and Eye makeup products.

Let’s start with some of Note Cosmetics’ vegan lipsticks!

Note Cosmetics Vegan Lipsticks Review

NOTE Vegan Lipsticks Review

Looking at their selection on their website, Note Cosmetics offers 4 different types of lipsticks with varying finishes. All of Note Cosmetics vegan lipsticks are paraben-free and enriched with essential oils and vitamins.

Ultra Rich Color Lipstick – Bronzed Pink ($9.99)

Creamy and smooth formula. Glided on evenly and very pigmented with a satin finish. I love this lipstick!! Gorgeous color pay-off, very smooth to apply and leaves lips moisturized. However this lipstick in the shade Bronzed Pink does stain your lips though.

BUY ($9.99)

Mattemoist Lipstick – Show ($9.99)

Very pigmented lipstick with a true matte finish. It applies very evenly and stays on without drying my lips. This stunning fuchsia pink shade is so lovely!!

BUY ($9.99)

Long Wearing Lipstick – Indian Rose ($9.99)

Smooth application but looked a bit chalky and patchy at first. This is a bright barbie pink shade with a satin finish. The lipstick is very comfortable to wear, lips feel very moisturized!

BUY ($9.99)

Note Cosmetics Vegan Lipgloss Review

Note Cosmetics currently has 4 vegan lipglosses ranging from sheer, high-gloss, to matte finishes.

NOTE Vegan Lip Gloss Review

Hydra Color Lipgloss – Juicy Peach ($8.99)

A sheer lip gloss that is pretty to wear on its own or on top of a lipstick color for a glossy finish. It’s comfortable to wear and not super sticky like other lipglosses I’ve tried before. This color has little tiny iridescent gold glitter in it which adds a bit of sparkle to your lips!

BUY ($8.99)

Long Wearing Lipgloss – Scarlet Red ($8.99)

This is a high gloss finish and richly pigmented lipgloss. It’s not super sticky compared to other lipglosses and it’s comfortable to wear once dried. Gorgeous color payoff but my only gripe with this is the doe foot applicator brush is too flexible and bendy which makes it hard to control when you want to be precise with a very pigmented lip product.

BUY ($8.99)

NOTE Mattemoist Vegan Lip Gloss Review

My absolute favorites are these lipglosses!!!

Mattemoist Lip Gloss – Sweet Heart ($9.99)

Super silky and smooth application. Incredibly pigmented color and applies very evenly on the lips. Dries down to a matte finish. Very comfortable to wear on the lips, I thought since it was a matte finish.. it’ll dry my lips but this actually leaves my lips feeling moisturized.

BUY ($9.99)

Mattemoist Lip Gloss – Mat Nude ($9.99)

The same consistency and application as above in Sweet Heart. I really do love this lip gloss formula!!

BUY ($9.99)

NOTE BB Lip Corrector Review | Vegan

BB Lip Corrector – 01 ($19.99)

This BB Lip Corrector from Note Cosmetics claims to:

The formula delivers moisture and nourishment along with peptides that boost collagen production for fuller, more youthful lips. Each shade leaves a beautifully natural wash of color on the lips while naturally boosting collagen production!

I haven’t been using this lip product for that long to notice “fuller, more youthful lips” but what I can say is that it leaves my lips feeling moisturized and feels like a non-sticky lip gloss with a sheer neutral color!

BUY ($19.99)

NOTE Vegan Lip Gloss Swatches & Review

So there you have it, a variety of vegan lip products from Note Cosmetics! My final thoughts… for $10 each, these lipsticks and lip glosses are totally worth it! I would definitely buy some more colors of their Mattemoist Lip Gloss and Ultra Rich Color Lipsticks!! ??

Stay tuned as I review some more of Note Cosmetics face and eye vegan makeup products!

Have you tried anything from Note Cosmetics before?
