DID YA HEAR? LUSH recently announced it will be removing eggs from all its beauty products! πŸ₯šπŸš«
.
"All of our products will now officially be egg-free. But never fear, your fave Lush goodies will be as effective as ever thanks to some egg-citing ingredient replacements."
.
LUSH is cruelty-free with mostly vegan products, but some of their beauty products still contain some animal by-products like lanolin, honey, and/or milk. Hopefully, they're working on becoming a 100% vegan brand in the near future! πŸ™πŸ»πŸ€žπŸ»

List of Pixi Beauty Vegan Products

This post may contain affiliate links.

Pixi by Petra beauty products are available at select Target stores and although they are at a slightly higher price point than other drugstore brands, they do promise to use natural and non-toxic ingredients. More importantly, Pixi beauty products are 100% cruelty-free.

On the website, it states “At Pixi Beauty we do not test our products on animals, nor do we allow others to test on our behalf. Additionally, we request our suppliers to certify that the raw materials used in the manufacture of our products are not tested on animals.”Β

Although Pixi does not claim to be a vegan brand, they do have aΒ lot of vegan-friendly options that are classified as being free of animal-derived ingredients. This vegan product list was provided by them.

Thank you so much for this list! So I’ve seen a lot of vegan/cruelty free beauty youtubers use the glow tonic. I emailed pixi about it and they said it’s not vegan. I’m so confused!

Pixi Glow Tonic has urea in it – how can it be vegan?

While urea is usually derived from animal urine it can also be synthesized from synthetic ammonia into a liquid or a solid state. So, oddly enough, vegan urea does exist. You would just need to e-mail pixie and ask them if that ingredient is animal-derived or if the supplier they purchase it from synthesizes it. I hope that helps!

    These products look so pretty!
