Ursa Major is cruelty-free. None of Ursa Major’s ingredients, formulations, or finished products are tested on animals, anywhere in the world.
Not all of Ursa Major’s products are vegan but they have some vegan options.
Ursa Major is a certified B Corporation. Ursa Major is committed to using as much organic content as possible while responsibly sourcing everything that goes into their products and providing Full Disclosure ingredient lists.

They’re also committed to using sustainable packaging. Currently, their bottles are made of at least 50% PCR content. And their tubes contain 59.1% PCR plastic and 40.9% sugarcane bioresin. Ursa Major also uses carbon neutral paper stock and produces over 90% of their cartons with 100% renewable energy.
Ursa Major packaging is made from PCR content and their tubes are partly made from sugarcane resin. They’re also plastic negative, meaning Ursa Major removes two plastic bottles from the environment for every bottle they sell. Their goal is to reduce single-use plastic output by 60% by 2022 and maximizing recyclable and reusable packaging materials.
