I asked Triple O Polish if their mica is ethically sourced without forced or child labor and they responded stating, 

“They are ethically sourced from my supplier in the USA, {X}* Ethical Mica Trading Co.”

{X}* Ethical Mica Trading Co. – I’ve omitted the name of their supplier they disclosed to me as I’m not sure if they wanted this information to be available to the public.
