Finding a decent mascara that’ll give you long and luscious lashes is hard enough, but finding one that is cruelty-free (not tested on animals), vegan (does not contain animal-derived ingredients), and one that isn’t from a brand that is owned by a parent company that test on animals (like how Urban Decay is owned by L’Oreal) seems like an impossible task.
Not to worry, because Sephora has a growing option for cruelty-free and vegan mascaras!
When I originally published a list of vegan makeup at Sephora in 2017, there was only ONE vegan mascara available at Sephora, so I’m hella excited to now see 5 varieties.
Cruelty-Free & Vegan Mascara
Below is a list of mascaras that are vegan and don’t contain any animal ingredients and are from brands that don’t test on animals and have no parent company animal testing too:
- Blinc – Mascara ($26)
- Milk Makeup – Ubame Mascara ($24)
- Milk Makeup – KUSH High Volume Mascara ($24)
- Pretty Vulgar – The Feathers Mascara ($24)
- Ciate London – Wonderwand Intensely Volumising Mascara ($22)

Thank you for compiling such a great list of vegan and cruelty free products! I also received a gift card, and wasn’t sure if I would use it or not. Now I am excited to go do some shopping!
