Taking it back to the 90s with NCLA’s exciting colab collection with Barbie!
This limited edition collection is giving me some serious childhood nostalgia feels and I’m all for it!
The NCLA x Barbie collection is everything you’ve ever dreamed of! Nostalgic of the 90’s, this collection pays ode to your favorite icon. From the prints, to the packaging, to the names, this collection will have you feeling totally Barbie!

The NCLA x Barbie collection includes 4 nail polish, 1 cuticle oil, 4 nail wraps, and 4 lip products. NCLA totally nailed it with this collaboration. I’m excited to share with you all some of the products they sent me to try!
For this week’s Vegan Mani Monday, I’m trying out one of the nail polish from NCLA x Barbie collection.
Barbie Dreamhouse – NCLA
Color: Barbie Dreamhouse is described as a pastel purple cream.
Price: $16 on nclabeauty.com
Formula: Good formula. Non-streaky. Full coverage and opaque after 2 coats. Dries relatively quickly. Glossy cream finish.
Wear Test: lasted 4-5 days without chipping.
Comments: Barbie Dreamhouse is definitely going to be one of my go-to colors to wear this Spring/Summer. I have a very similar pastel purple nail polish in my stash that I really liked but NCLA’s formula is way better.
When it comes to pastel or light colors, I find that most formulas have the tendency to be very streaky or require 3+ coats but that wasn’t the case for NCLA’s Barbie Dreamhouse. NCLA’s formula is easier to apply and was completely opaque in 2 coats.
I definitely would recommend Barbie Dreamhouse by NCLA x Barbie.
