Kaeng Raeng Vegan Cleansing Skincare Products

Kaeng Raeng is well known for their vegan detox cleansing programs, which I’ve only heard of before but never personally tried myself! But now they’ve also expanded their product line to include some luxurious vegan cleansing skincare products!

Which makes perfect sense since the skin is your largest organ so when you think of detoxing and cleansing what goes into our bodies, we should also be mindful of what we’re putting onto our bodies as well!

You can use Kaeng Raeng’s vegan cleansing skincare products on their own or in addition to their detox cleansing program. Their skincare products follow the same philosophy as their cleansing programs where you’re promised high quality  ingredients that are all naturally vegan, cruelty-free, and mostly organic!

Let’s get into my review of Kaeng Raeng’s current line of vegan cleansing skincare products!

Kaeng Raeng Vegan Cleansing Skincare Review

Kaeng Raeng Detoxifying Charcoal Clay Mask Review

Kaeng Raeng Cleansing Clay ($20)

This may possibly be the best god damn facial mask I’ve tried! I say that because it’s one of the few masks where I saw an immediate difference in my complexion. After every use of Kaeng Raeng’s cleansing clay mask, my skin instantly felt softer and smoother. I could honestly say that I saw a visible difference in how clearer my skin looked as soon as I washed off the mask!

You can feel the fine Himalayan pink salt which acts as an gentle, non-abrasive exfoliator. The instructions also say that you might feel a light tingling sensation while it’s drying but I didn’t feel a thing!

The magic behind this cleansing clay mask is “a unique formulation of two highly absorptive clays and activated charcoal, an absorptive carbon that can attract and hold 200 times its volume in impurities, making it the perfect ingredient to help draw out toxins.”

It can however be a bit messy to use, they recommend to use a dark wash cloth because the activated charcoal has a tendency to stain fabrics. The only thing that I wasn’t too fond of was the very strong floral fragrance that sort of lingers for the entire 10 minutes I had the mask on. It’s a nice floral scent but because I’m very sensitive to certain smells, I found it was a bit overpowering for me.

Ingredients: Aloe Vera Gel, Organic Witch Hazel Extract, Himalayan Pink Salt, Bentonite Clay, French Green Clay, Organic Vegetable Glycerine, Activated Charcoal, Organic Kelp Powder, Honeysuckle Absolute Essential Oil, Green Tea Extract, Grapefruit Seed Extract, Organic Calendula Herbal Oil, Organic Rosemary Antioxidant, Benzoin Resin, Water.

Kaeng Raeng After Glow Face Serum Review

Kaeng Raeng After Glow Serum ($20)

Just looking at the ingredients, I knew I was going to like this After Glow serum! I actually use all of the listed ingredients on their own including grapeseed oil, jojoba oil, argan oil, and rosehip oil so it was no surprise to me that they worked harmoniously well together in this After Glow serum!

There is a subtle earthy (frankincense) scent and the After Glow serum absorbs rather quickly, leaving your skin feeling supple and hydrated. It’s recommended for normal to dry skin and to be used in the evening. I have oily-skin but I never felt like this left my skin feeling too oily or greasy. When using this before going to bed, the serum will have nicely absorbed into my skin, leaving it looking moisturized in the morning!

I also tend to get flakiness around my nose (even in the hot Summer weather) and after using Kaeng Raeng’s After Glow, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my skin texture around that problem area!

Ingredients: Organic Grapeseed Oil, Organic Jojoba Oil, Organic Rosehip Oil, Organic Argan Oil, Lavender Essential Oil, Neroli Essential Oil, Frankincense Essential Oil, Rosemary Antioxidant (Extract)

Kaeng Raeng Detoxfoliant All Natural Body Scrub Review

Kaeng Raeng Detoxfoliant Body Scrub – Lavender Vanilla ($36)

This all natural body scrub by Kaeng Raeng smells soooo good, I want to dip my fingers in it and eat it! With such natural, organic, plant-based ingredients, I probably could! The sweet subtle scent of vanilla reminds of candy from my childhood!

Kaeng Raeng’s body scrub claims to exfoliate “impurities and replenishes your skin, leaving a silky smooth finish you’ll have to feel to believe.”

I stand by how incredibly smooth and buttery my skin feels after using this natural body scrub. The fine Himalayan pink salt and dead sea salt provide a gentle yet effective exfoliation and I love how the product doesn’t separate in the jar so it makes application easy and hassle-free!

Ingredients: Himalayan Pink Salt, Dead Sea Salt, Organic Apricot Kernel Oil, Organic Virgin Shea Butter, Lavender Essential Oil, Vanilla Absolute Essential Oil.

Final Thoughts on Kaeng Raeng’s Vegan Cleansing Body Care

I loved each of these products individually and I would especially stock up on the cleansing clay mask! I appreciated how luxurious each product felt to use as I knew all the ingredients were of the highest quality! This goes without saying that Kaeng Raeng skincare products really emphasized on quality ingredients over quantity.

Each product had just a handful ingredients, but that’s all you really need to cleanse, nourish, and to take care of your skin!

They also have a fabulous bridal gift set which I’m thinking of picking one up for my soon to be sister-in-law! Let’s just hope she’s not reading this right now! hehe =)

Have you tried any of Kaeng Raeng’s skincare products before? or how about their vegan cleansing programs?

I would love to hear from your experience!
