This particular month’s LaRitzy vegan beauty box is by far my favourite that I’ve ever received from a monthly beauty subscription box. It included a wicked variety of both cruelty-free and vegan new-to-me goodies and a couple pre-loved products that I don’t mind restocking on!
If you haven’t seen my reviews of previous LaRitzy boxes, then let me gladly introduce you to this vegan monthly beauty subscription service!
For only $24.99/month (cheaper if you prepay for a longer term), you will get 4-5 full size/luxury sample size beauty products that were not tested on animals and do not contain any animal products! This December LaRitzy box has a value of over $75!! Want to know the best part? You can get 10% off your first month’s box when you use the coupon code: ELEPHANT10 (not an affiliate link, I don’t earn anything if you choose to use the code)
LaRitzy Vegan December Beauty Box
This month’s box included 5 full size products + 2 bonus goodies!
Nail Polish by Trust Fund Beauty ($15)
This vegan nail polish from Trust Fund Beauty is called Boy Tears and it’s a show stoppin sparkly silver glitter overlay that can be layered on top of any other color or perfect on its own!
Cuticle Oil by Aroma Studio ($12)
Ah, if it’s one thing that I don’t pay much attention to it’s gotta be my cuticles! So you can imagine my excitement when I saw a neat little cuticle oil pen in this month’s LaRitzy box! Even better, the ingredients are simple and pure: jojoba oil, morocco argan oil, evening primrose oil, crambe-seed oil, rosehip oil, calendula oil, and some essential oils (helichrysum, lavender, lemon, frankincense, myrrh, lemon myrtle).
I was struggling trying to get the product onto the applicator but you’re suppose to twist the bottom of the pen. Don’t be a dud like me! It is lightly scented, leaving my nail beds smelling like lemons! This cuticle oil from Aroma Studio claims to reduce breakage, protect nails from splitting, nourish nails and promote growth.
Konjac Sponge from The Konjac Sponge Company ($12)
I’ve bought and tried a number of konjac sponges before so this brand and product isn’t new to me but I’ve always loved how gentle these sponges are and they do a pretty gnarly job with gently exfoliating my face. If you haven’t tried one yet, you gotta get on it and try one for yourself! I do not mind at all receiving and restocking on more konjac sponges!
Eco-Mascara from Glam Natural ($28)
Brown mascara? Hmm.. I wasn’t sure about this one. I have typical short and sparse asian lashes so the last thing I wanted was to use a ‘natural-looking’ mascara. But as soon as I applied this mascara, all of my doubts disappeared. This eco-mascara by Glam Natural makes it look like I naturally have long eyelashes! It doesn’t clump, instead it evenly defines and lengthens my lashes. I even got compliments asking if I got eyelash extensions! if you want to pump up your natural lash game, I strongly recommend this mascara!
Blending Makeup Brush by MOTD Cosmetics ($12)
I don’t feel that I get to try that many make-up brushes because I bought a huge set of what felt like 30 vegan brushes a couple years ago and I’m still trying to find use for them all! That’s why I was so stoked to see a makeup brush included in this box! And of course, a girl can’t complain about having more blending brushes! This one is from MOTD cosmetics, its a nice and fluffy brush that’s perfect for blending out eyeshadows!
Final Thoughts on December’s LaRitzy Beauty Box
Now you can see why this month’s box is my favourite so far! I still can’t get over how many quality and full size products are included in each month’s LaRitzy box. This month did include two bonus samples from BodiSafe (a night cream) and GlamNatural (a cream blush) which I haven’t had the pleasure to try just yet.
Lots of discoveries in this month’s box, leaving me wanting MORE! =)
