Lani Body Treatment Oil Review {Vegan & Cruelty-Free}

Lani’s tropical blue and pink glass bottles have made several appearances in my social media feed and I’ve seen them in stores at Urban Outfitters but had no idea they were all 100% vegan! Not only that, but the owner is also a vegan and a proud animal advocate! I’ve verified that all of Lani products are cruelty-free where none of their products and ingredients are tested on animals; she has her suppliers confirm that they don’t test on animals; no testing is done on their behalf by another party; and Lani products are not sold in mainland China.

So you best believe that this vegan brand is one you should familiarize yourself with because Lani has taken the world by storm, proving that it’s possible to make beautiful products that are kinder to animals while using all-natural ingredients!

Lani Body Treatment Oil Review

The smell contained in this super adorable pink glass bottle is no joke. They weren’t kidding when they call this paradise in a bottle! The sweet smell of ylang ylang takes me back to sunbathing and relaxing on a hot tropical beach. It’s too bad the smell doesn’t linger for long though, it almost disappears completely after an hour.

Lani Body Treatment Oil

I’ve used Lani Body Treatment Oil as both an all-over body oil after showering and also as a spot treatment for those stubborn dry areas. As a body oil, it’s incredibly moisturizing and hydrating while leaving a dewy glow behind. The oil doesn’t get instantly absorbed so it does leave an ‘oily’ residue on the surface of your skin but I’ve enjoyed using this before bed and by the time I wake up, the oil has rehydrated my skin and I don’t need to reapply in the morning!

Lani Body Treatment also works wonders as a spot treatment for those dry patches. After using the oil on the parts of my body that tends to get super dry no matter how often I moisturize (like my shins, elbows, forearms, and heels), I’ve seen a noticeable difference. Although my dry patches haven’t magically 100% disappeared, after using Lani Body Treatment Oil, my skin texture looks more supple and healthy. I think that if I continue to consistently use the oil on these stubborn areas, I will see a significant improvement on these dry patches.

Final Thoughts on Lani Body Treatment Oil

All in all, I am incredibly impressed with Lani Body Treatment Oil. The scent is just out of this world and it definitely has made a difference in the texture of my skin!
